Students live in standard single rooms with bed, desk, chair wardrobe, side cabinet, bookcase, notice board, and internal heater. There are between 17-30 residents on one floor including the Residential Assistant.

There are common rooms on floors throughout the building allowing residents to congregate in smaller groups for social or study times.
