Team Talk
A strong residential team supporting and operating the village is in place including 10 Residential Assistants (RA) and a Senior Residential Assistant (SRA). RA's are senior students of VUW who provide peer support, organize floor activities and study groups, and facilitate communal living. RA’s live on the floors with our residents as mentors and role models.
The RA team is supported by a Residential Life Manager, Assistant Manager and Head of Hall. A team with strong accommodation, pastoral care and operations experience ensuring that the residents are supported on all levels.
The Reservations & Maintenance coordinator is responsible for all students applying to the village and is the first point of contact for resident queries.
