Affordable Accommodation in Wellington-Summer/Trimester 3 2010.
Te Puni Village is primarily privides top class student accommoation however, this summer, we have self-catered studio ensuite rooms and rooms in 3 bedroom apartments available for the 12 week summer period.
The rate for a studio room is $210 per week. The rate for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment is $175 per week.
These rooms are available for a period of 12 weeks, starting on the 15th of November 2010 and ending on the 5th of February 2010. Students who sign up for this contract receive their 12th week absolutely free !!!
All rooms are fully furnished and rates include rent, heating and electricity bills, internet (VUW students only), modern security facilities and access to the main reception which is open from Monday to Friday.
Te Puni Village is located on the Victoria University Kelburn campus and about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wellington City.
