Affordable Accommodation in Wellington-Summer/Trimester 3 2011.
Te Puni Village is primarily privides top class student accommoation however, this summer, we have self-catered studio ensuite rooms and rooms in 3 bedroom apartments available for the 13 week summer period.
The rate for a studio room is $220 per week. The rate for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment is $195 per week.
These rooms are available for a period of 13 weeks, starting on the 16th of November 2011 and ending on the 15th of February 2012.
All rooms are fully furnished and rates include rent, heating and electricity bills, internet (VUW students only), modern security facilities and access to the main reception which is open from Monday to Friday.
Te Puni Village is located on the Victoria University Kelburn campus and about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wellington City.
